You have found the home of sports massage therapy in Nottingham. Sports massage therapy is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the musculo-skeletal system, regular massage can help athletes prevent injuries caused by over training. A relentless build up of tension in the muscles from regular activity may lead to stresses on joints, ligaments, tendons, as well as the muscles themselves.

Muscle imbalances may develop and often go undiagnosed until they are serious enough to cause the individual discomfort or limit movement and performance.

You may also be required to under go some ROM (range of motion) and postural assessments.

For these assessments to be as accurate as possible we will need you to wear appropriate shorts and sports bra for females.

Following your consultation we will then begin your treatment, because this is a deep soft tissue massage it may feel sore and uncomfortable both during and after and depending on your treatment may cause some bruising, this is normal and is only temporary and usually extremely mild.
